Use this form if you are attending on your own. It is open to individual delegates and International Press members.
Register as Part of a Delegation
Use this route if your school is sending a group. Your delegation leader will coordinate allotments for delegates and International Press members.

The Process
How registration works.

Complete the delegate or EB/IP registration form with your details.

Receive Confirmation
We will email your committee allotment and preparation materials.

Attend
Attend all three days of the conference.
Is there a fee to register?
Yes. The delegate fee is ₹3,299. Delegation fees may vary; call 98311 58595 for details. The fee covers the venue, materials, lunch, refreshments, and a delegate kit. Travel and accommodation are not included.
What is the difference between delegation and non-delegation registration?
Delegation registration is for a group attending together and needs at least nine members. Reporters and photojournalists register under the International Press committee as part of that group. Non-delegation registration is for individual delegates attending alone.
When will allotments be confirmed?
We confirm allotments within 14 days of registration. Delegation applicants receive an email with their committee, country allocation, and preparation materials.
