Register independently if your school is not sending a delegation. Open to individual delegates and International Press members (reporters and photojournalists) attending on their own.

Register as a Part of a Delegation

Register as part of your school delegation. Covers delegates representing a country and International Press members (reporters and photojournalists). Your delegation leader will coordinate allotments.

Is there a fee to register?
Yes. Delegate fee is ₹3,299. Delegation fees may vary — contact 98311 58595 for details. Fees cover venue, materials, lunch, refreshments, and a delegate kit. Travel and accommodation are not included unless stated otherwise.
What is the difference between Delegation and Non-Delegation registration?
Delegation registration is for a group of delegates coming together as a delegation. Each delegation needs a minimum of 9 members (reporters and photojournalists come under the same committee called International Press). Non-Delegation registration is for individual delegates coming alone, not as part of a group.
When will allotments be confirmed?
Allotments are confirmed within 14 days of registration. Delegation applicants receive a confirmation email with committee and country allocation, along with pre-conference preparation materials.
