Questions

Frequently asked.

Everything you need to know about registering for Meridian MUN. Still have questions? Get in touch.

Is there a fee to register?
Yes. Delegation and Non-Delegation registration fees are published closer to the conference date. Fees cover venue, materials, lunch, refreshments, and a delegate kit. Travel and accommodation are not included unless stated otherwise.
Can I register for more than one committee?
Delegates may apply to one primary committee and one back-up committee. Double-allotment is rare and is only considered after the first round of allotments is complete. The Secretariat will contact you if your back-up becomes available.
What is the difference between Delegation and Non-Delegation registration?
Delegation registration is for participants who wish to represent a country in a committee. Non-Delegation registration is for experienced applicants applying for Executive Board, International Press, or other supporting roles. Non-Delegation applications include a short experience statement.
When will allotments be confirmed?
Allotments are confirmed within 14 days of registration. Delegation applicants receive a confirmation email with committee and country allocation, along with pre-conference preparation materials.
